Return or Cancellation Policy

SEAL Survival Gear, Inc. Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy:

Any unused, unwashed or defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date shipped. Please note that the hangtags must still be attached to the product and ALL original accessories/equipment included in the order must be considered new. We will only refund products that are in new condition and sent back within the first 30 days from when the product was shipped. We will refund shipping charges ONLY if the merchandise is defective, or if we made a mistake in the shipment of your order.

We only replace items if they are defective up to 30 days after the date shipped. SEAL Survival Gear, Inc will NOT exchange or replacement costs of products damaged due to negligence, abuse, extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

If you would like to process a return or exchange please send an email to with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date the order was shipped from SEAL Survival Gear, Inc
  • Returned or Exchanged items must be unused and unwashed in new condition unless a defective claim is being made.
  • If Returning ALL of the Equipment/Accessories from original order must be shipped or the return will be declined.
  • If Exchanging an an accessory please state the problem and ALL associated equipment with the item (cords, batteries, etc).

You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on the return shipping process within 2 business days. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear resulting from negligence or abuse.

Returns, Exchanges: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:
